Important Note on Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer a direct exchange option. To request a different size, style, or product, please initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Policy Guidelines:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, with original tags and invoice intact.
Products showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.
All returns are subject to stock inspection and approval by Pazzion India.
Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
All exchanges follow the return-and-reorder method, as described above.
How to Initiate a Return?
To request a return, simply email us at customercare@pazzion.in or call +91 88003 70838.
Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return confirmation and schedule a pickup from your location. Pickup details will be shared accordingly.
Once confirmed, please ensure the item(s) are packed with the original invoice and ready for collection.
Note: Please do not ship any item(s) before receiving a return confirmation email from our team.
